In the Autumn term, children will be researching and exploring the London skyline of the Victorian era.
This will give children an opportunity to observe how the Industrial Revolution meant the skyline built up over a very short period of time.
Children will develop their drawing skills through sketching, pastel work and using charcoal to create 3D illustrations and design.
Children will also be re-creating silhouette style portraits of Queen Victoria using charcoal and slate material.
As well as focused art, illustrations and design will be a common theme throughout our topic and seasonal projects during the Autumn Term!
