Wraparound have had a funfilled week learning all about Dinosaurs, with a Dinosaur world tuff spot, a swamp in the water tray and having fun with Dinosaur face masks. The children have developed their understanding of letters, numbers, colours and shapes with the Dotty Dinosaur game, measuring various Dinosaurs and matching the numeral. The children have been labelling the parts of the Dinosaur using flash cards to match the Dinosaur body parts.Lots of craft has been created using scissors to match the Dinosaur with their fossil, and creating different types of Dinosaurs. We even made our very own Dinosaur footprint biscuits yesterday!
Next week our topic will be Sea Animals.
