Topic - Healthy Me!
During this half term we will look at how to keep healthy. We will look at a range of food and learn about the foods we need to keep healthy. We will take a visit to a local shop and explore the different ingredients we will need to make a tasty, healthy meal. We explore the different ways to keep healthy, looking at Yoga, exercise, eating healthy food and taking care of our teeth!
