* Headteacher's Welcome

Headteacher's Welcome

I am incredibly proud of our school and all of the stakeholders that are part of our team at Langdale Primary School. At Langdale, every child matters to us and we strive for our children to be enjoying and achieving in a happy and safe environment. We work hard to develop our children's individual strengths through a curriculum that is purposeful to the needs of our children.

Our school values:

Inspired to Achieve

Healthy and Happy

Independent and Resilient

Safe and Secure

 underpinned by To be Globally and Culturally Aware

These values underpin everything that we do. It is our main aim for all our children to feel valued, be inspired to work hard and are encouraged to reach their full potential, in a safe and secure environment, whilst recognising their worth as a repsonsible citizen, locally, nationally and globally.

Langdale Primary School is a school at the heart of your community and we value our good relationships with our families, friends, carers and the wider community. We extend a warm welcome to all our parents and carers and share with them an active partnership in their child’s educational journey, ensuring that all our children receive the best educational start in life.

As part of the Creative Learning Partnership Trust, we are proud to contribute to their motto of

"Come as you are, leave as a champion". This motto embodies all that we offer at Langdale. For more details about the trust, please click the hyperlink above.

We hope this website will give you a taste of all that is on offer at our school for your child. We also have an excellent Facebook page which highlights just how much we enjoy and achieve, please take a look at https://www.facebook.com/Langdale-Primary-School-310838819413988/

I look forward to meeting you and helping your child on their educational journey.
